U4 Season Start
Submitted By Neil Johnson on Tue 05 08, 18
Just a quick note to confirm the start dates for the U4 kids. If you selected the Thursday session, we will be starting on Thursday, May 24th. If you selected the Saturday session, we will be starting on Saturday, May 26th.

More information will be coming in the next few days from the coaches, but a couple notes in the meantime:

1) If you haven’t already, sign up for email/text alerts on the website. Look for the “manage subscriptions” link in the bottom left.

2) All the kids need running shoes or soccer shoes. No sandals or crocs for obvious reasons. The kids should all have shin pads as well.

3) At the beginning of the season, it’s important that you are out on the field with your children, especially the younger ones. The coaches will have activities organized, but coaches will be relying on you to help keep the kids engaged (and on the premises). As the season goes on, some kids will absolutely be able to participate independently, but we’ll need your help for the first month or so.

4) We’ve had a few people raise their hands to help coach (cc’d), but we’ll take all the help we can get. No experience required.

More to come.
