Saturday Morning Boot Camps Start this Week

Mitchell from EK Vitality this week (May 26, 9:00am, Big Field A). If you didn’t
participate last year, it was a lot of fun and a great way for the kids to stay
fit. Erika does an amazing job and the kids love it. Here are a few details...
We’re starting our Saturday morning boot camps with Erika Mitchell from EK Vitality this week (May 26, 9:00am, Big Field A). If you didn’t participate last year, it was a lot of fun and a great way for the kids to stay fit. Erika does an amazing job and the kids love it. Here are a few details:
- It’s open to all kids, U8 (age 6) and above. Parents are welcome to join too, though if there’s a large group, Erika may ask a couple parents to help run an activity.
- Minor hockey and minor ball have been invited to join too, though I’m not sure if they have communicated it out to their members. Basically, we’d like to see as many kids from the community participate as possible.
- If your child did not participate last year, then you’ll need to sign a waiver before their first session.
- We’ll be doing 10 sessions throughout the summer, and they will always start at 9:00am on Big Field A. Come to as many or few sessions as you can. See schedule below:
